Our vision is to breathe new life into an 1800’s historical building that once housed a thriving iron works company in a part of the city that was as vibrant as the neighboring active railroad. Central City Market and production is designed to harness that energy and foster community, conversation, collaboration and connection in a unique indoor market and food enterprise center.

Who are we?

Central City Market is a cooperative comprised of local makers and entrepreneurs. We are located in the heart of Stevens Point at the historical Altenburg Dairy building - which has been beautifully restored with modern decor and amenities while keeping the historical facade of the building intact. We aim to provide an elevated and unique shopping, dining, entertainment experience to Stevens Point locals and tourists, while also paying homage to the history & story of Altenburg Dairy and their family.

  • Have shared infrastructure - loading docks, conference rooms, cold storage, warehousing, kitchens, equipment, and event space.
